The cost for ad listings has not been determined. It will be comparable to similar listing web sites.

You Did Not Use The Photo I Submitted...Why?
I look at thousands of breeder sites. I take every ad very personal, committed to making the VERY BEST ad possible for a given breeder. Part of the ad creation process is looking over the web site submitted to get an overall feel for the breeder and the animals. If the photo submitted is of poor quality, I will scan your web site for photos of better quality. NEVER is my decision based on the animal in the photo, thats not my job. It is simply based on the quality of the photo. I am very good at selecting the best photo from a web site in relation to how it will look on my site. Most often one photo stands out from all the rest, easy decision. Sometimes, a breeder has several or all quality photos and it is very hard to decide. In these instances I have sent emails asking the breeder to choose from photos I sent to be reviewed. I am very blunt in this process. Protecting egos would be a disservice to you. Honesty resulting in a quality product is my commitment to you.
In some cases a photo is submitted that is obviously a "Litter Announcement" photo. Breeder Listing Photos should represent your kennel/stable/or cattery. A photo of a mass of puppies in a whelping box is not a "Flag Ship" photo to represent your program. Puppies/Kittens can be used in a Breeder Listing ad if the photo is of excellent quality and not obviously advertising that you currently have puppies/kittens for sale.

Can I Change My Photo That You Selected?
Yes. I will not force you to use a photo I selected. Ultimately, its your breeding program, your reputation, your image. I will not however, change your photo every time you have a new litter. Those ads belong in the "For Sale Listings". Over time you will take new photos of your animals. If you would like to change your photo to something you feel is of better quality I would be happy to change it for you. For now this service is absolutely free. Once we decide to charge for our listings, there will be a very small fee associated with making a change to your listing. Until then, please dont abuse the free service we are providing.
Are You Going to Allow Banner Ads?
No. There may be a separate vendor page added in the future. The only banner ads on Breedershost.com will be BlueVoda banners.
I Dont See My Ad Anywhere. Why?
Ad submitions must have ALL information required. Your description must fit into the template without too much editing. Your web site address must be valid.
How Do You Choose the "Featured Breeder of The Week"?
Photo, website, overall impression. It is not related to fees of any kind.
How Do I Become "Featured Breeder of The Week"?
I would be more than happy to give my personal opinion on how you can qualify. Please do not ask unless you can listen without ego.
You Mention Ego...What Makes You An Expert?
I am not an expert. I can only tell you to look at what I have produced and decide for yourself. You will either like or dislike what I have created.
Why Did You Choose A Black Background?
Good question. I had the overall concept for the site but could not seem to find a logo or banner that would set Breedershost apart from all the other "Dog Breeder Listing" sites. Then I came across a template for sale with the cat eyes you now see at the top of the page. The image had such an impact on me that I bought the template and the rights to use the image. There was no way to incorporate that image into a web site without leaving the page black. I tried. To compensate for the black background I designed the ad listings with a grey background. I chose a font color that not only matched the logo, but was as easy on the eyes as possible. I was concerned the image might be too scary, but then my 3 year old daughter climbed on my lap and said "Wow, pretty kitty". Decision finalized.
